Baked Cookie Cake
The Baked Cookie Cake is inspired by my kids who do not love an abundance of chocolate and the texture of cake, and my daughter who requested I make a “gigantic cookie.” These cookie cakes are crispy on the edges, soft in the middle and packed with the flavors you are familiar with. They are indeed a gigantic cookie and perfect for any celebratory occasion. The Baked Cookie Cakes are 10in round and can come “naked” or decorated (as photographed) with the most delicious buttercream frosting. Local customers only. Not available to be shipped at this time.
